Entries will by mailed by Budd Mahan to judges who will have the copy of poem with no identification. Judges will select 3 top poems and 2 Honorable Mentions. The Poetry Society of Texas publishes first place winning poems in their STUDENT AWARD WINNERS 2004 Anthology, and may enter selected poems in the Manningham Awards and Student Award of The National Federation of State Poetry Societies (NFSPS). Winning poets will be notified at the school address listed on the poem entry.
