| We are a group of homeschool moms who meet monthly to study Charlotte Mason's Original Series, bit by bit. No homework required. We meet the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m. at my home in Windcrest. The format has recently changed; no homework is required to participate in the discussions! We study the Charlotte Mason method as it applies to American Christian homeschoolers of the 21st century (in other words, if the information we study is out of date, we either update it ourselves or discard it - although 99% of the books still apply to what we are doing). The Charlotte Mason method is the natural learning method and children love learning this way! We are open to other activities, but you must be an active discussion participant to participate in any group activities. This group is especially useful if you have ever been afraid to dig into Miss Mason's Original Series. We are here to help each other learn together! |
