Join the Judiciary of California, Constitutional Rights Foundation, and the California State PTA in celebrating the Bill of Rights with the Fourth Annual First Amendment Cartoon Contest.
The contest is open to students nationwide—high school, middle school, and elementary school. Encourage students to exercise their creativity by entering the First Amendment Cartoon Contest.
Six winners will each receive a $50* gift card. In addition, up to five entries will receive honorable mentions. Winners and honorable mentions will be announced on Law Day, May 1, 2013, and posted at http://www.courtsed.org.
Deadline for submissions is March 15, 2013.
