| Any Texas resident with a photo ID and current proof of residence (i.e. a utility bill) may apply for a card, free of charge. Children under 18 may apply for a card as long as they can write their name and a parent or legal guardian is present to sign the application form.
You must have your library card in hand to check out materials or access your record. You are responsible for the safe return of all library materials checked out on your card and on any minor cards that you have signed for. You are responsible for any fines or reimbursement to the library for any lost or damaged materials, including materials that you allowed others to check out on your card. For this reason, we suggest that you do not allow others to use your card.
You may check out up to 25 items total on your card. With that 25-item limit, you may have up to 5 of each type of video. DVDs are limited to 3 of each type per card. |
