Our club is small but active in 4-H projects, Public
Speaking with Toastmaster Jim Hurt, Food & Nutrition taught by teen leaders,
Clothing & Textiles taught by teen leaders, Citizenship taught by teen leaders,
Consumer Education,Gardening and Veterinary Medicine, taught by teen leaders,
Community Service activities, and others depending on adult supervision. Several
of our club members have been or are on District committees and offices, and we
compete with most County, District and State events.
The only cost is what you will spend on your child's projects and gas. Though we
do have a County Candy Sale Fundraiser each Fall.
We will meet on the third Friday of every month at 4:00pm at Wayside Chapel. If
you have any further questions please contact Debby Rice 496-7630 or come to our
first meeting and learn more about how 4-H works so well for homeschoolers.
